Lynn Willis

Greg Stafford has, today, announced the sad passing of Lynn Willis.

Lynn was the one who commissioned me to write several of the titles I did for Stormbringer, including the reworking of Hawkmoon. I still recall the long-distance telephone conversations we had, discussing the development and editing of various projects, and the huge amount of encouragement he always offered. He was very quiet and modest, and a true gentleman of the hobby.

Pete and I owe him a huge amount. Much of what we do today has been influenced by his approach, and he will be missed.

Rest well, Lynn.
